The company has a Service of Attention to the Insured that will attend the consultations and claims presented by policyholders, insured, beneficiaries and / or beneficiaries, and will process them within a maximum period of 30 business days from their presentation. After the deadline has elapsed before the claim has been resolved, or its admission or dismissal has been denied, in whole or in part, it may go to the Guidance and Assistance Department of the Insured (D.O.A.A.), under the Superintendence of Insurance of the Nation.
